Healthy easy dinner recipes that are Vegan and Cheap! This is just to give you some ideas for fast, healthy and cheap meal prep ideas. If you need quick dinner ideas, or quick lunch ideas or anytime of day, then this video is for you! 🙂 As always, these are all vegan recipes.

This entire meal prep was only (16 with Snacks!)! (And I live in Zurich, Switzerland which is one of the most expensive city in the world!)

My meal prep contains the following:

– 250g dried pinto beans, cooked
-250g dried brown rice, cooked
-500g spinach
-1.5kg of carrots
-500g of cauliflower (1 head of cauliflower)
– 500g celery root
– 100g dried split red peas

Fruit for Healthy Snacks!
– 1.7kg of bananas
– 4kg of oranges
