LOW FAT FALAFEL WRAP RECIPE | HEALTHY VEGAN LUNCH IDEA | GLUTEN, OIL, ONION & GARLIC FREE

1 can canned chickpeas, rinsed
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp coriander
Crack of ground pepper
3 tbsp buckwheat flour
– Blend all of the above & add 3 tbsp of water.
– Form into balls and flatten them onto a baking paper lined baking tray.
Bake in the oven on 180C-200C for 15 – 20, flipping half way through, baking till crunchy on the outside.
Serve in a wrap or pita bread with salads of your choice.
I used carrot, baby spinach, cucumber, tomato & tahini as the dressing.
