the BEST vegan dinner!! HEALTHY EASY SUSHI BOWL RECIPE

You MUST make this!!

Ingredients:
-wild rice (cooked)
-sprouted brown rice (cooked)
(you can always just use regular unsprouted brown rice if you aren’t as “ambitious” as I am 😉
-steamed broccoli
-carrots
-cucumber
-sprouted cooked chickpeas (use canned if you want)
-zucchini noodles
-kimchi sauerkraut
-avocado

Dressing – lemon juice, tamari, dried ginger to taste
