Vegan Banana Blueberry Pancakes

Vegan! Banana-Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients:
– 2 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1 ¼ cups almond milk
– 3 ½ tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 3 tbsp vegan “butter”, melted
– 1 ½ cups flour
– 1 ½ cups blueberries

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
2. Heat pan
3. Scoop ½ cup of batter onto pan and wait until bubbles come through the top. When the bottom of the pancake is golden, flip the pancake.
4. When both sides of pancake are golden, remove from pan.
5. Repeat until batter is finished.
6. Serve with maple syrup, sliced bananas, and blueberries!
