2/3 cups water
1/3 cup chickpea flour (besan flour)
1 tbs gound flax seeds
1 tbs nutritional yeast (optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp black salt (optional but adds egg flavor)
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp celtic sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp chili flakes (optional)
mushrooms, spinach, char-grilled red peppers, pesto, hummus, potatoes etc
