Vegan Dessert Vegetarian COCOA CINNAMON ROLLS Easy It's a Keeper!

These vegan vegetarian cocoa cinnamon rolls my family loves these and when they walk in the door and find out I made these they are going to be excited. I’ve been making this vegan dessert recipe for about 10 years. Makes 12-15 depending on how thick I cut each cinnamon roll or how think I spread the dough out. Can put on a greased cookie sheet also. Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

2 cups hot water
2 tablespoons rice milk powder
2 egg replacers (2 tablespoon flax seed to 6 tablespoon water mixed)
5 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 ounces margarine, melted
2 1/2 cups wheat four
2 tablespoon yeast
2 1/2 cups unbleached white flour

———-Cinnamon Sugar———-

8 ounces sugar
4 teaspoons cinnamon (substitute cardamon if you want)

5 ounces margarine, softened

Combine first 7 ingredients in mixer.
Add yeast.
Add sufficient flour to make soft dough that cleans sides of bowl.
Knead in mixer until smooth and elastic.
Let dough rest in mixer bowl for 10-12 minutes.
Roll dough out on table until 1/4 inch thick in rect. shape.
Spread dough with softened margarine.
Cover with cinnamon sugar mixture evenly.
Roll into a long roll and cut each roll into 3/4 inch pieces.
Place on sprayed cake or cookie pans.
Let rolls rise until double in bulk.
Bake at 350˚ F for 25-30 minutes.
Rolls may be cooled and frozen for later use.
Before serving, warm rolls and cover with frosting.
