Vegan Dinner Spicy Tofu Stir Fry Recipe | Easy & Delicious !

Hello Lovelies! Welcome back to my channel!

In this video I share a recipe for a spicy tofu stir fry! It is so delicious! I am always looking to expand my culinary knowledge and experiment in the kitchen, and ways to make eating vegan easier and absolutely delicious! I like to experiment with recipes that I know everybody, whether vegan or not will enjoy! I had so much fun making this video and making this tofu! So delicious!!

This recipe is SUPER simple and easy to make! Its also quick!

Here is what you will need:

-Tofu
-Onions
-Garlic
-Ginger
-Cayenne Pepper
-Cumin
-Turmeric
-Sea Salt
-Black Pepper
-Lemon
-Cilantro
-Bean Sprouts
-Sweet bell peppers
-Green chili peppers
-Broccoli
-Coconut oil (I recommend virgin, cold-pressed)

And any other veggies that you would like to add!

Start by heating skillet to medium heat. Add about a tablespoon of coconut oil.

Next let’s chop up the veggies! Before slicing the tofu make sure to squeeze the water out, pressing it with your hands over the sink.

Next add the onions, garlic and ginger.
Add the tofu and stir everything together.
Time to add the spices! I like to eat very spicy food, so you can adjust this to your taste!
Here is the amount that I used:
-About 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
-About 1/4 tsp cumin
-About 1/4 tsp turmeric
-About 1/4 tsp sea salt
And I liberally sprinkled black pepper. Again, add according to your taste!

Cook for a few minutes, and then squeeze the lemon over the tofu, as much as you like! I love zesty flavours, so I used the juice of a whole lemon. Add according to your taste.

Stir everything together, and when the tofu starts to turn a bit golden, let’s add the rest of the veggies in! I like to add the veggies at the end, because this way I am barely cooking them and they retain more nutritional value. I also don’t like when vegetables get soft or soggy, I prefer to have a bit of a crunch, so I just stick them in so they can absorb the flavour, but I don’t cook them for long. Add some cilantro! You can leave the tofu for another minute or so, and then garnish with some more cilantro if you like!

This recipe is a great way to eat in a way that is a blessing to you, your body, the animals and the planet.
