Your favourite GF Burger Buns and Toppings
To a large bowl, add the pre-soaked TVP, finely chopped mushrooms, paprika, nutritional yeast, tarragon, sage, black pepper, GF tamari, liquid smoke, BBQ sauce, flaxseed meal and mix well. Add the gluten free flour a bit at a time until the mixture binds. In a large pan on medium heat, add coconut oil and place your burger patties to fry for approximately 7 minutes on each side or until golden. Build your burger!I’ve used Gluten Free Waffles for my buns, tomato, Daiya cheese, avocado, romaine lettuce, pickles, mustard and ketchup. Yum!
