VEGGIE TOFU SCRAMBLE / VEGAN BREAKFAST
Welcome back to my kitchen! LETS MAKE SOME YUMMY VEGAN FOOD!
200grams of firm tofu (you can use silken tofu, but you might have to drain it and pat dry it )
1/2 medium large red onion
50 grams of mushrooms
1/2 sweet red pepper
Handful of spinach
1tbsp light olive oil
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of ground paprika
1/2 tsp of garlic granules or powder
Salt and pepper to taste.
Optional – You can add some nutritional yeast and any vegan substitutes!
