HEALTHY VEGAN SCHOOL LUNCH RECIPES!

1 can smashed cannelloni beans
2 tbsp tahini
1/2 lemon juiced
2 cans chickpeas
1/3 red onion
1-2 diced stalks of celery
1-2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
black sesame seeds
smash the cannelloni beans and mix with the tahini and lemon juice. add the chickpeas, smash, and add the rest of the ingredients. serve either on a sandwich, salad, wrap, or by itself! Last about 5 days!
1/2 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp chili powder
1 sp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp-1 tsp cumin
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
1/2 can corn
1 can beans
cook onion and garlic until fragrant. add in the spices, mix, and then add your quinoa and water. Cover and let cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until fluffy. Serve! should last around 5 days.
1 smashed banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2-1 cup water depending on how many oats
1-1 1/2 cup oats
chocolate- add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
maca berry- 1 tsp maca powder and frozen berries
combine all ingredients and put into the fridge overnight or the morning before school/work. Last around 3-4 days in the ridge!
pumpkin pie- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice(or just cinnamon)
