Vegan Breakfast Recipes | Easy

Hi! Today I’m sharing 3 Vegan Egg Breakfast Recipes.
The classic Scrambled Egg. A gluten free Omelet. And a Soy Chorizo Egg Burrito. They’re all savory and tasty. Quick to make and super easy. Subscribe for more vegan recipes, I post every week:)

Recipes:

SCRAMBLED “EGG”
1 Pkg of Firm Tofu
1 TBSP + 1 TSP OF NUTRIONAL YEAST.
1/2 TSP OF SALT
1/2 TSP OF ONION POWDER
1/4 TSP OF GARLIC POWDER
1/4 TSP TURMERIC
1/4 TSP OF ACHIOTE POWDER / PAPRIKA
Crumble tofu and mix with all the ingredients listed above.
Cook with a little oil and serve.

*BREAKFAST POTATOES
3 PEELED AND CUBED RUSSET POTATOES
*SEASONING
1/2 TSP OF SALT
1/4 TSP OF GARLIC POWDER
1/8 TO 1/4 TSP OF OREGANO
1/2 TSP OF ONION POWDER
1/4 TSP OF THYME
1/4 TSP OF ACHIOTE POWDER OR PAPRIKA
Cook potatoes with the lid on for 5 minutes. After, add a little bit of oil. Followed by the seasonings mix well.
Brown pototoes and serve when throughly cooked.

*BREAKFAST BURRITO

SOY CHORIZO
DICED WHITE ONION
In a non stick pan sautรฉe the diced white onion
add soy chorizo to taste
then add Scrambled “Egg” (Recipe listed above)
Cook for 5 minutes

Serve on a flour tortilla, spread mayo, add some of the soy chorizo “egg” mixture, Breakfast Potatoes (Recipe listed above)
your favorite burrito toppings fold into shape and enjoy.

OMELET “EGG”
1 CUP OF GARBANZO FLOUR
1/4 CUP OF NUTRIONAL YEAST
1/2 TSP OF SALT
1 TSP OF ONION POWDER
1/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/8 -1/4 TSP OF TURMERIC
A PINCH OF ACHIOTE POWDER / PAPRIKA

Mix dry ingredients
Add 1 cup + more of plant based milk or water

Mix well and pour over a hot saucepan with a little bit of oil, add your favorite omelet toppings, cook similar to a pancake on both sides and serve with Breakfast potatoes.
